The Annual General Assembly of Equinoxe will meet :
on January 25th at 1:30 PM,
at the Headquarter of the Department Council of Meurthe-et-Moselle.
All members of Equinoxe are invited to take part to the event. The quorum required for the session is half of the members plus one. If you cannot join the meeting, you can provide a proxy given by another member of the association. Mind that a member is not enabled to represent more than one person. If the quorum is not reached, an extraordinary general assembly would be proclaimed in accordance with art. 12 of our constitution.
We will deal with following agenda items :
- Presentation of the annual activity report and debate ;
- Presentation of the financial report and debate ;
- Moral report and debate ;
- Vote.
The members will be offered a friendly drink.
